Vesta Bathrooms are pleased to have been appointed as sole supplier of Coram Premier luxury shower enclosures for the new Pestana Hotel, Chelsea Wharf, London. The details of this luxury new hotel as detailed in Pestana's own press release:
"Group Pestana begins its expansion into Europe with the construction of its first hotel in the capital city of London. With the acquisition of the land in Chelsea Bridge the Group recently submitted the final project for approval by the respective authorities.
The Pestana London will be a 4 star hotel, with 218 keys, over 198 rooms and 20 penthouses and suites, on the two top floors. The predominant service of this hotel will be a Health Club and Business Centre with a venues’ area of 1.000 square metres. The restaurant will reflect the nationality of the Group Pestana with typical Portuguese cuisine.
This is the first hotel in Europe for the Group Pestana representing a total investment of approximately 45 million of Euros. “Hóteis do Atlântico S.A.” a subsidiary, totally detained by the Group Pestana SGPS., is responsible for the development, management and internationalization of this project.
“Hotéis do Atlântico S.A.” is also responsible for other hotel investments of the Group such as the Cape Verde Island, Argentina and Brazil. "
