The majority of our products cannot be delivered to North Scotland, Scottish Highlands or Ireland. However, we can accept orders for the following brands ONLY for delivery to any Scotland Mainland address using the Southern Scotland (Industrial) delivery charge: Coram Showers, Novellini Showers, Manhattan Showers, Aquadart Showers, Hudson Reed, & Vado Taps
We reserve the right to cancel orders placed with the incorrect postage selection.
We deliver using a combination of quality national carriers, dedicated bathroom distributors and our own transport. On heavy item orders and some longer distance orders, the goods may be palletised for convenience and to reduce the chance of damage.
Generally delivery will be within 2 - 7 days. However, Cornwall, North Wales and Scotland may experience slightly longer delivery times due to location.

Our Store Checkout is hosted by the Royal Bank Of Scotland Worldpay ultra-secure online payments center. All payments are totally secure, and once payment is completed you will be automatically emailed confirmation and returned to our website.
NB: Should you experience any payment problems, please make sure that the cardholders registered address matches the card details exactly.
