We regret we are unable to deliver to North Scotland & Scottish Highlands or any other part of the British Isles.
We deliver using a combination of quality national carriers, dedicated bathroom distributors and our own transport. On heavy item orders and some longer distance orders, the goods may be palletised for convenience and to reduce the chance of damage.
We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Delivery will normally take place within 1 - 7 working days. Most orders are booked in by telephone with you directly. Where a booking is not possible, and nobody has been available to accept the order, you will either be contacted by telephone or a contact card left at your property to rearrange the delivery. Cornwall, North Wales and Scotland may occasionally experience slightly longer delivery times due to location. Some of our German & Italian luxury showers & baths can take up to 4 weeks due to the bespoke nature of the product.
Payment Methods:
Our Store Checkout is hosted by the RBS Worldpay ultra-secure online payments center. All payments are totally secure, and once payment is completed you will automatically be emailed confirmation and returned to our website.
NB: Should you experience any payment problems, please ensure that the cardholders registered address matches the card details exactly. Our checkout and payment system is highly secure, and in conjunction with your own issuing bank will block any unauthorised or inaccurate entries for your protection as well as ours. However, you will be able to specify a different delivery address during the order process.
